My Account Is Not Showing Pro
If you’ve previously purchased a Pro subscription but your account isn’t showing as Pro, check for these common issues:
1. Wrong Account
Pro access is tied to the account you used to purchase the subscription. Make sure you’re signed in with the correct email or login method.
2. Wrong Organization Selected
You can create multiple organizations under a single account, each with its own billing. If your Pro subscription was purchased under a different organization, it will only be active there.
To check:
- Open the app.
- Navigate to the organization selector.
- Switch to the organization where you purchased Pro.
3. Subscription Expired
If you canceled your subscription or there were billing issues, your Pro access may have lapsed.
To check:
- Visit the billing portal from the app or website.
- Review your subscription status and billing history.
- Resubscribe if needed.
