Automatic Credits Top-Up

Running out of credits can interrupt your and your team’s productivity. The Automatic Top-Up feature ensures your credits are always replenished automatically, up to a monthly spend limit you control.

How It Works

  • Enable Auto Top-Up

    Set a monthly spend limit via the pop-up or in your Settings. This defines the maximum amount of additional charges you can incur per calendar month.

  • Automatic Recharges

    When your credits get low, your saved payment method will be charged $10 automatically, adding 2000 credits each time - up to your monthly spend limit.

  • Monthly Reset

    Your spend limit usage resets at the start of every calendar month.

  • Payment Failures

    If a payment attempt fails, Automatic Top-Up will be disabled to prevent further attempts. You will need to re-enable it manually.
