How Do I Change My Password?

If you’re using Pixelcut on the web, we don’t use traditional passwords for login.

To keep things simple and secure, we use a password-free, email code system.

Here’s how it works:

💻 Logging In on the Web:

1. Go to pixelcut.ai and click Sign In
2. Enter the email address tied to your account
3. You’ll receive a unique, one-time code in your inbox
4. Enter the code to access your account — no password needed!

🔔 Not seeing the email?

Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folder and make sure support@pixelcut.app is marked as a safe sender.

📱 Signed Up Through iOS or Android?

If you created your Pixelcut account via:

• Apple (iOS) – You’ll log in using your Apple ID
• Google (Android) – You’ll log in using your Google account

In those cases, your login is managed by your device’s platform, and password settings are handled through your Apple or Google account, not Pixelcut.
