Why Don’t I See My Apple ID in My Pixelcut Account?

If you're using an iOS device and don’t see your Apple ID listed in your Pixelcut account, it's likely due to Apple’s “Hide My Email” feature — a privacy setting you may have enabled when signing up.

When this feature is turned on:

  • Apple creates a private relay email that forwards messages to your real inbox
  • That relay email becomes your Pixelcut account ID, even though it’s still fully linked to your Apple ID

  • You can still log in as usual using your Apple ID — no need to remember the relay email
  • Your subscription is securely connected to your Apple ID, and your purchase is still valid
