How to Get an Invoice or Receipt

All billing and transactions are handled directly by the platform where you purchased your Pixelcut subscription:

  • iOS (App Store) – Managed by Apple
  • Android (Google Play Store) – Managed by Google
  • Web – Managed by Stripe (via our website)


When you subscribed, you should have received a confirmation email or receipt from the platform. That serves as your official invoice and proof of purchase.

Here’s where to check:

  • Apple (iOS): Search your email for “Apple receipt” or visit reportaproblem.apple.com
  • Google (Android): Search your inbox for “Google Play receipt” or check your order history in the Play Store
  • Web: Search for an email from Stripe or Pixelcut — the subject usually includes “Your receipt” or “Invoice”. Additionally you can access your invoices from the Billing Portal. Go to pixelcut.ai -> my account -> manage billing.
