How to Restore Your Account

The most important thing to know:

🔑 You must log in using the same account and method you used when you first purchased your subscription.

For example, if you subscribed using Apple ID, logging in with your email (even if it matches your Apple ID) won’t work — you’ll need to sign in using Apple’s dedicated login option.


📱 iOS or Android

  1. Open the Pixelcut app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Get Help
  4. Select “Purchased?” — this will walk you through restoring your account based on your original purchase method

💻 Web

  1. Visit create.pixelcut.ai/sign-in
  2. Sign in using the same account or method you used at the time of purchase (e.g., email, Google, Apple, etc.)


🔁 Using Multiple Devices?

Make sure you’re signed into the same account across all devices — otherwise, your membership won’t sync correctly.
