How to Restore Your Account

The most important thing to know:
🔑 You must log in using the same account and method you used when you first purchased your subscription.
For example, if you subscribed using an Apple ID, logging in with your email (even if it matches your Apple ID) won’t work — you’ll need to sign in using Apple’s dedicated login option.
If the issue remains unresolved, you can resolve it by following the instructions based on your device
Android (Google Play Store)

Step 1: Open the Pixelcut app and tap the settings gear icon in the top right.

Step 2: Under the CONNECT section, tap Get Help.

Step 3: Tap I Already Paid to restore your subscription.

Step 5: If the subscription is not restored or you have any queries, go back to Get Help and tap Email Support.

Send us a message from Email Support, and we will respond and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Apple (iOS) App Store

Step 1: Open the Pixelcut app and tap the settings gear icon in the top right.

Step 2: Under the CONNECT section, tap Get Help.

Step 3: Tap Already Purchased? to restore your subscription.

Step 4: If the subscription is not restored, go back to Get Help and tap Email Support.

Send us a message from Email Support, and we will respond and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
Web
Step 1: Visit create.pixelcut.ai/sign-in

Step 2: Sign in using the same account or method you used at the time of purchase (e.g., email, Google, Apple, etc.)
Step 3: Make sure you are switched into the correct organisation with Pro access

Step 4: If the issue still remains unresolved, tap on ❓ on the bottom right, then Contact Support.

Step 5: Now, click on chat or email as per your preference, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

🔁 Using Multiple Devices?
Make sure you’re signed into the same account across all devices — otherwise, your membership won’t sync correctly.
