Can I Transfer My Membership to a Different Account?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to transfer subscriptions between accounts at this time.
If you'd like to switch accounts, here’s what you can do:
- Cancel your current subscription on the original account
- Request a refund (if eligible)
- Re-purchase the subscription using the new account you'd like to use
📱 iOS (App Store)
- Open your iPhone Settings
- Tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > Cancel Pixelcut
- To request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com
🤖 Android (Google Play Store)
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Cancel Pixelcut

💻 Web
- Go to pixelcut.ai
- Tap your profile picture (top-left corner)
Go to My Account > Membership section to manage your plan, cancel, or request a refund
