Can I Transfer My Membership to a Different Account?

Unfortunately, we’re not able to transfer subscriptions between accounts at this time.

If you'd like to switch accounts, here’s what you can do:

  1. Cancel your current subscription on the original account
  2. Request a refund (if eligible)
  3. Re-purchase the subscription using the new account you'd like to use

📱 iOS (App Store)

  • Open your iPhone Settings
  • Tap your name (Apple ID) > Subscriptions > Cancel Pixelcut
  • To request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com

🤖 Android (Google Play Store)

  • Open the Google Play Store
  • Tap your profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Cancel Pixelcut
  • To request a refund: Follow Google’s steps here


💻 Web

  • Go to pixelcut.ai
  • Tap your profile picture (top-left corner)

Go to My Account > Membership section to manage your plan, cancel, or request a refund
