How to Cancel Your Subscription

If Pixelcut isn’t the right fit, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You will still have access to all features and your credits until the end of your current billing period.

Below are the steps depending on where you purchased your subscription:

iOS 

Here are the steps to cancel your subscription or free trial from Apple or the App Store on your iPhone:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top of the screen.
3. Tap Subscriptions.
4. You’ll see a list of your active subscriptions at the top and any inactive ones below.
5. Tap the subscription you’d like to cancel (for example, Pixelcut).
6. Tap Cancel Subscription.
7. A screen will appear showing the expiration date and other information like associated subscriptions or family access.
8. Tap Confirm to complete the cancellation.

Once cancelled, your subscription may still appear in your active list for a short time but will now show an expiration date instead of a renewal date.

If you ever decide to return, you can easily resubscribe anytime through the same Subscriptions page.

Android

Here are the steps to cancel your subscription on the Google Play Store if you purchased using an Android device:

1. Open the Play Store app on your device.
2. Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
3. Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account you used to purchase your subscription.
4. Tap Payments and Subscriptions.
5. Then select Subscriptions (it’s the third option).
6. You’ll now see a list of your active subscriptions. Tap on the one you’d like to cancel (for example, Pixelcut).
7. You’ll see details like the upcoming charge date and payment method. Scroll down and tap Cancel Subscription.
8. Select your reason for cancellation (for example, “Decline to answer”) and tap Continue.

9. Finally, confirm by tapping Cancel Subscription in the bottom again.

   
   

Once cancelled, you’ll see “Cancelled” written below the subscription name.

If you ever wish to come back, just click on the Resubscribe button, and you’ll be able to renew your subscription instantly.
