Troubleshooting Payment Issues

iOS & Android: Mobile purchases are made via the App Store or Play store, in case of payment issues check that the card you have on file in the App Store or Play Store is up-to-date and valid. If you already have a subscription, renewals will automatically be retried once your card is up to date.


Web: If your payment fails check your card details and retry the transaction. Often cards may be declined due to mismatched billing information as that often indicates higher risk of fraud. If you already have a subscription you may manage and retry your payments via the billing portal. You can access the portal by going to Settings -> Account -> Manage subscription.
