How to Request a Refund
We’re sorry to hear Pixelcut wasn’t the right fit for you — but we appreciate you giving it a try!
If there’s anything we could improve to create a better experience, we’d love to hear your feedback.
Here’s how to request a refund, depending on where you signed up:
📱 iOS (App Store)
Apple manages all billing and subscriptions for purchases made through the App Store, which means they are the only ones authorized to issue a refund — we don’t have access to approve or deny refund requests on their behalf.
To request a refund:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
Locate your Pixelcut purchase and follow the steps to submit your refund request
Heads up: If Apple declines the refund, we unfortunately aren’t able to override that decision. We know that can be frustrating, and we wish we had more control — but it’s entirely up to their review process.
If you purchased through Google Play or our website instead, we do have more flexibility and are happy to help directly.
🤖 Android (Google Play Store)
Google also handles all billing and refunds directly.
To request a refund:
- Open the Google Play Store
- Tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Budget & order history
- Select your Pixelcut purchase
- Tap “Request a refund” and follow the prompts
You can also visit Google's refund page for more info.
