Deleting Your Pixelcut Account

IMPORTANT: Account deletion takes effect immediately, and is permanent and cannot be undone.

To permanently delete your Pixelcut account, you may chose any of the options below:

iOS App

• Open the Pixelcut App
• Open the settings menu from the top right of the home screen
• Click on My Account
• At the bottom of the account screen tap on "Delete My Account"
• Note that App Store subscriptions must be cancelled seperately through the App Store

Android App

• Open the Pixelcut App
• Open the settings menu from the top right of the home screen
• Click on My Account
• At the bottom of the account screen tap on "Delete My Account"
• Note that Play Store subscriptions will automatically be cancelled upon the deletion of your account

Pixelcut Website

• Visit https://www.pixelcut.ai/account and sign into your account if needed
• Select "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page
• Note that Stripe subscriptions will automatically be canceled upon deletion of your account.

Send an email from the account you wish to delete to support@pixelcut.ai and the support team can help you delete your account.

Once your deletion is initiated your data, including your stored projects, photos, collections, preferences, credits and teams will be deleted visit our privacy policy for details.
